AND RELATED COURSE WORK
Internships/Experience
During my time at the University of Arizona, I developed an extensive background in remote sports production and editing. This includes working over 60 productions for the Pac-12 Network, 32 events for NBC Sports, and 19 Tucson Roadrunners hockey games.
In addition to the above, I have worked two NCAA Championships. In January 2016, I worked the College Football Playoff Championship Game for ABC, and in March 2017, I worked the Final Four for CBS. During the summer of 2017 I interned with the Big Ten Network in Chicago.
As a student working for the Pac-12 Network, I was given the opportunity to shadow some of the best EVS Operators in the industry. This provided me with the opportunity to work as a Replay Operator during basketball games, two football games, and a gymnastics match.
My internship with NBC Sports provided me a strong foundation in regards to video editing. In this role, I worked well under tight deadlines while assisting editors and producers.

In Management 359, I was required to write a mock press release, as well as conduct a mock press conference in front of my professor and peers. In completing the above, I gained a better insight into how sports related information is conveyed orally and in print.
